Island Popper began in 2012 as a craving for gourmet popcorn in Hawaii. Unable to find anything to satisfy that craving, I began working on recipes.
For almost a year I made batch after batch, obsessing over each ingredient and technique until I had what I am proud to call Island Popper’s menu.
All of my popcorn is made with Non-GMO corn, and popped in 100% coconut oil. From there, I use only the finest ingredients for every scratch made batch. This ensures that you are receiving the highest quality product from pop to gourmet finish.
